A brief introduction to Ling Zhijun’s anti-cancer experience

Five years ago, Ling Zhijun got lung cancer. After having an operation in the hospital, he did not continue to receive chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the hospital according to the doctor's instructions. Instead, he walked out of the hospital and lived the way he wanted.
Exercise, sunbathing, photography, eating whole grains, traveling, laughing loudly...

Ling Zhijun has his own anti-cancer experience.
Ling Zhijun firmly believes that in fact, most cancers are not terminal diseases. Whether cancer patients can recover mainly depends on their psychological and physical quality, and medical treatment is only an auxiliary means.

Ling Zhijun even came up with an innovative term - "non-medical treatment".

That is, treatment based on physical and mental comfort through psychological reconstruction.

Ling Zhijun believes that the most important thing for cancer patients is psychological reconstruction.

In fact, many cancer patients are scared to death by the disease, and very few actually die from cancer itself.

Ling Zhijun suggested that patients with cancer should not blindly rely on doctors for treatment.

Instead, we must adopt a positive and hard-working attitude towards life, change the bad living habits in the past, so that the body and mind can be fully nourished, so that cancer cells have no place in the body.

In 2012, Ling Zhijun finally drove out all the cancer cells in his body.

In the same year, Ling Zhijun published his new book.
Ling Zhijun wrote all his anti-cancer experience in the book, and he also summarized his anti-cancer methods as "Nine Strategies for Rehabilitation".

These nine strategies include:

Establish a correct concept of treatment and avoid over-treatment.

Change your wrong lifestyle, don’t rush for time, let yourself slow down and calm down.

Pay attention to "eating, drinking, sleeping", eat more grains and whole grains, eat less big fish and meat, drink more water, promote human metabolism, go to bed early and get up early, and don't stay up late.

Walk as often as possible.

In the early stage of fighting cancer, due to the influence of cancer cells, it was difficult for Ling Zhijun to even take a step, but Ling Zhijun still insisted on walking a little every day.

From a few hundred meters to several thousand meters, Ling Zhijun slowly walked farther and farther, and his life became more and more energetic.

In addition, exposure to the sun, deep breathing, mood adjustment, family love and doing things you like are all regarded by Ling Zhijun as the magic weapons for his successful fight against cancer.

Five years after being diagnosed with cancer, Ling Zhijun successfully saved his life in his own way.

Therefore, Ling Zhijun is also known as my country's "first person to fight cancer."
After recovering, Ling Zhijun will travel around with his camera and family from time to time to enjoy life.

Later, Ling Zhijun published a new book, which is full of Ling Zhijun’s photography works from around the world.

Today, Ling Zhijun is still alive.

It’s just that he no longer lives in the eyes of the public, but quietly lives the life he likes.

As for his anti-cancer method, Ling Zhijun believes that he just told everyone his anti-cancer experience truthfully, but everyone is an independent individual and the situation is different. Patients can refer to it. It cannot be copied.

But no matter what, when facing cancer, only by overcoming the fear deep in the heart, making peace with fate, listening to the voice of the body, and facing life optimistically can we not be affected by the disease.
