But carrots weren't the only food Darius ate. "I let Darius eat as much of his favorite hay as he could, but he always wanted more," Edwards said. "I had to keep an eye on the carrots, and he loved them, especially the green tops. Darius had great character. Interestingly, Darius may soon lose the title of the world's largest rabbit, because Annette Edwards believes that her son Jeff is growing up rapidly and will eventually surpass Darius.
